Why We Started

Doctors often couldn't pinpoint the cause because the root was hidden in their homes—mold triggered by leaks, poor construction, or unseen damage. In addition, years spent in health and commercial insurance—helping clients navigate claims—taught us how valuable it is to guide homeowners through the process when mold becomes a costly issue. Combined with our broader business experience, these paths sharpened our skills in customer service, risk assessment, and delivering solutions that truly protect families and their homes.

Several pivotal experiences shaped our approach:
