Our Peace-of-Mind Home Health Check gives you a professional evaluation of your home so you can understand what’s actually happening — before you spend big on unnecessary sampling or remediation. Includes: Visual inspection of key moisture-prone areas Humidity + moisture meter readings Simple, plain-English explanation of findings Guidance on whether lab testing is recommended No fear tactics. No upselling. Just answers and direction.
Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Healthy Homes Testing Co. All appointments booked online require payment at the time of booking to secure your selected date and time. Cancellation / Reschedule Policy: Because appointment time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from the amount paid at booking. Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee, and your payment can be refunded or applied to a new appointment time. Appointment Access Requirements: A homeowner or adult 18+ must be present during the appointment and provide access to all areas to be evaluated. If we arrive and cannot access the property, or no adult is present, the appointment may be cancelled and the $50 cancellation fee will apply. Scope of Service: Healthy Homes Testing Co. provides mold assessments and/or testing services as described in the service selected during booking. If additional services are recommended based on findings, next steps will be clearly explained. Payment Terms: Payment is collected in full at the time of booking. Additional add-ons or sampling fees (if required and approved by the homeowner) will be collected at the time of service. Health & Safety: Please make sure walkways to inspection areas are clear and safe to navigate. Pets should be secured prior to the appointment to ensure safety and access. Appointment Adjustments: In the rare case of an emergency or scheduling conflict from our team (weather, access, unforeseen conditions), we will contact you promptly to reschedule your visit at the next soonest available time. By completing your online booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this policy.
